I am the blocker for all of my agents. If only they were faster, then I wouldn't keep queuing up more tasks while waiting for a response. Now I have a wall of results that I have to slog through, many of them requiring deep context shifts to make a good decision.
The fine-tuning in my agent infrastructure is increasing the agent's curation of the asks for human attention. It's an ongoing process.
