Great read but needs more focus on how this benefits the public. You will lose the public during the transition unless they can see tangible benefits and this document misses that. People want affordable rent, groceries that needs to be explained.

Volunteers download this program to their local laptops to contribute to building a cooperative “internet biobrain” out of the internet.with displayed spike and location data .
Those who voluntarily download this program (similar to the voluntary download of collaborative large data searches such as /https://www.mersenne.org/) would submit their local data as well as provide unused compute on their laptop to compute global compute flows as well as peer-to-peer flows of semantic distance.
